Chain Gang

Long necklaces have long been popular and in Coco Chanel's days were synonymous with style and sophistication as well as casual elegance. This trio of chains was inspired by the Coco Chanel layered "look" of the 1920's. The grouping marries numerous stitches to create a cohesive ensemble and can be worn as a collection or singularly. These chains provide ample opportunity to learn new ways to combine different off-loom stitches in a contemporary design that can be worn any day.

Techniques:

Tubular chevron chain, spiral rope, flat chevron chain, 3-bead right angle weave, fringing, tubular peyote, stitch in the ditch.
